Best place we stayed in Byron. We booked a Deluxe Loft room and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The full kitchen was great as was the living area. My only criticism would be the leather lounge was quite tired and needed replacing. The pool was nice and warm. We used the communal washing machine and dryer which were very handy. The free parking underneath the hotel was great also. The location is excellent being, unsurprisingly, central to everything!

Couldn’t fault a single thing - brilliant place to stay! Excellent check in service, which is always so important to us! Lovely rooms perfect pool and such a great location AND I left something there they called me and posted it back to me :) how good is this! It was a charger, they went above & beyond thank you so much! Rare to see this

Stayed here for new years eve with the family (4). Rooms clean and tidy, has a great pool, the location is perfect right in the middle of town. Would stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff. Room was perfect for what we needed. Sofa bed was very comfortable for our 19 year old daughter. The area outside our room had a table we could eat outside. This was a communal area, which may be an issue …

I spent 2 nights in Room 20. Everything about this room is amazing. The upstairs bedroom has an amazing street view. However, I slept on the fold out bed downstairs. All the soaps, towels and placards were placed amazingly. The balcony also is a nice touch. The kitchen is also good. The only thing I would do to improve the stay is the bathroom. There is no lock on the bathroom door but since there are no other rooms, and if you’re staying with others, they will probably know you’re in the bathroom. But would be nice if there was a lock there. I wish I could live in this apartment 😂. Definitely good choice for a first home, but unfortunately it’s a hotel. Anyways overall I had a good stay. Great location and very friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately the room was fairly dark with the lack of natural light. Due to the design of the establishment, we got a super noisy spot with a lot of foot traffic around us at all times. Lots of late night disturbance with guests returning in the middle of the night with no respect for others. Too expensive for what it's worth.
